As the Client Support Specialist at International Product Assurance Laboratories (IPA Labs), I’m your first contact when you are placing an order or have a question — which makes me quite proud that IPA Labs has been nationally recognized for our exceptional commitment to customer service. We’ve now received the Customer Quality Service Award from the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) two years in a row and this year, we received a Special Recognition Award for our timeliness!

Our team proactively tries to understand our clients’ unique goals before beginning work. We make sure to ask questions, provide quick responses, and offer guidance.

Additionally, our staff have leadership roles in standards organizations, including the American National Standards Institute, ASTM International, and the International Standards Organization that prepares us with the latest standards information and also gives us a unique insight into the development of a standard.
